When it’s all said and done, the office sends out a survey to the customer represented by our agent to find out what they thought of the agent, the staff, the Company and any of the ancillary services we provide in the mortgage, title or insurance fields. The feedback that we receive is invaluable and helps us understand what we are doing right and where we might need improvement.
